COD. 90820009 BE Dear Fly Flot
I have already written twice to info@flyflot.it for a complaint, but I still haven't received any response!
Here I will repeat what I wrote on July 26:
Today I received the delivery according to order 2023-190993 from 07/17/2023.
I received two boxes, 62 044 UE and 82 009 BE
Unfortunately, you made a mistake when packing box 82 009 BE. Different sizes of left and right slippers (42 and 40) are packed in the box. It should have been 42.
Photos are attached.
The second pack is fine.
Please suggest a solution for this.
